- 2. Billing Subscription-based billing Payments non-refundable after activation Non-payment may lead to suspension
- 3. Intellectual Property All content and code belong to Prima Technologies.
- 4. Data Ownership User data remains owned by the school or client.
- 5. Liability Prima is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
- 6. Modifications Prima may update terms with prior notice.
